1. Logging and Retention
The website server has enabled logging functions and records necessary log information such as user account, operation time, operation type, source IP address and client User-Agent in accordance with applicable requirements. URLs, titles, descriptions and tutorial content submitted by users are stored in the backend database. Relevant logs and publication records are retained for no less than six months.
2. Content Review Mechanism
User-submitted URLs, titles, descriptions, tutorials and related information are subject to a review-before-publication mechanism. Submitted content must be manually reviewed and approved by administrators before it is displayed publicly. Rejected content will not be published.
3. Prevention and Handling of Illegal or Harmful Information
Before submission is displayed, the system may conduct preliminary keyword screening for titles and descriptions. During review, administrators manually inspect submitted content. After publication, if illegal or harmful information is discovered, we will promptly remove the relevant content and may restrict or ban violating accounts. Handling records, including removal time, reason and operator, are retained for inspection.
4. Personal Information and System Security Protection
The website uses HTTPS encrypted transmission and backend access control. Only authorized administrators may access relevant records within their duties. Security protection and inspection mechanisms are used to monitor and handle malicious attacks, illegal information injection and abnormal access.
5. Social Mobilization Risk Control
XUEAI Navigation is an AI tool directory and resource aggregation website. It does not provide instant messaging, forums, groups or other strong social networking functions, and does not provide communication group organization, large-scale forwarding or social mobilization functions.
6. Regulatory and Law Enforcement Assistance
We have established a working mechanism to cooperate with competent regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Upon receiving lawful assistance notices, evidence requests or regulatory requirements, administrators will respond promptly and provide necessary technical support, data queries and assistance in accordance with laws and regulations.
